Yes.

What is the difference between StudentFlatmates.com.au and Flatmates.com.au?
They are sister-sites. Both have the same;
- properties and people listed.
- combined messaging system.
- login/password.
- and both sites are 100% free

StudentFlatmates is best for students because you can also;
- search-by-campus. This isn't possible at Flatmates.
- see how far each place is from your campus (eg "1.2 kms from campus"). This isn't displayed at Flatmates.
- see who is studying what in places with students (the "Students Live Here" section"). This section isn't displayed at Flatmates.
- plus you will also have free access to textbookexchange and the other StudentVIP services.

In summary, you only need to use one site -and if you are a student, StudentFlatmates has extra features for you.

I'm not a student but I have a property near a campus - how can I list?
Easy. Join flatmates.com.au and list there.
Your property will automatically also appear on studentflatmates.com.au for campuses near your property.
